The Latvian language courses have been completed by the first 6 groups
In the first half of this year, 83 third-country nationals were trained remotely in six A-level groups (Zoom platform) in the “Latvian language with pleasure - 2” project, of which
75 participants have also completed the courses successfully finished.
At the end of the course, there was a questioning of participants, in which the project participants greatly welcome both the course organization (successful division in groups, operational feedback, goodness, and attention to every member of the course) and the work of Latvian teachers - interactive learning methodologies, high professionalism and, at the same time, friendliness and openness.
In addition, the course participants acknowledge that it is very pleasing that, for such free individual use, a set of teaching tools is issued at the beginning of the course, a textbook and workbook corresponding to the level concerned, as well as the necessary methodological materials for the successful remote development of the course. As the new knowledge and skills acquired by learning the free Latvian language courses organized by our association, the ability to communicate in Latvia is mentioned both in the working environment and in everyday life situations.
A large proportion of participants point out that it is now easier to help children in training.
All of the above factors and the positive assessment of the courses by participants clearly demonstrate that these kinds of courses are very, very necessary for a full life in Latvia for third-country nationals.
